The diet man needs a new pep talk, down to 83kg which is good, another
3 kilo's will be hard, I am having a ache in my calf muscles, I am
sure they have never seen this much action.
The weight of the world on my shoulders, but the waterskiing club
opens for the season tomorrow, that will be great. Every weekend if I
am not with the TZ250 on the race track I will be skiing.

The Steele man told me I could celebrate when I got under 83kg so I
made it! And celebrated with my friends Bruno and Patricia, sashimi,
guacamole, salad, cote de beuof bourdeaux white then a menetou salon
red, topped off with a good espresso

Ok good back on track, the weight is going down again, I am going to
have to be more careful, one hour run this morning in the beautiful

Beautiful sunrise on the seine this morning, I am still 83.5kg maybe I
will try for another 2kg, otherwise I am going to keep up the

Still have the damn running nose, I am running, all is running!
An hour run along the Seine river today beautiful sunrise but a but
chilly. The wieght is no longer going down I guess because I am not
very strict with the eating right now, so I have to keep up this crazy
routine, in fact the days off are strange I still go out on a long
bike ride or swimm.

Day off
On my day off I made a 10k bike ride in 30 mins, have not weighed
myself for a while, probably at around 83.5

Today I was up at 6.30 and out running by 6.45, a 50 min run, jordons
country crisp and kiwi juice a banana, then at 11.30 a 50 min swim, a
fast swim, then I tried the reps in the pool, one very fast 50 m then
rest, repeated.
I am supposed to play badminton tonight, not sure I will make it.

Sunrise
Beautiful sunrise over the seine thus morning as I take my 50 min run,
yesterday my sons 14th birthday we made sashimi and drank champagne,
not quite on the diet but not too bad
I am keeping to 80 paces per min for at least 50 mins, I feel good

Forgot to wiegh myself but all is pretty stable 54 min run this
morning rather late. Cut the grass this afternoon, that was a thrill,
beautiful sunny warm day, this valcanic dust keeps the vapor trails
out the sky, so the sky is a true rich blue

Friday night
Another long day, still feeling ill, but I am running, that's very
tiring but good.
The TZ250 is sick as well, it has probably blown a crankshaft seal,
hope to fix this soon and get back out on the track.

Well I am keeping up the excercise the fitness program is going great
even though I have a cold/sire throat I am still running, I am
relaxing a bit on the food diet bit, to be able to run for 50 minutes
and work all day I need to eat.
Not everything is perfect but some things are going really well,
thanks to the Steele man, still supporting my efforts nearly everyday,
he even was going to fly over for a dinner last night, the Iceland
valcanic dust closed even his airport.

Yesterday I got in a 45 min run as I did nothing in the morning, now
this morning I am doing a 35 min run, not much time, it's always
beautiful to run along the river, just stretching right now. I have
not been so good on the diet, have been eating a bit of bread and
cheese, surly this is ok with all the running.

I am coming down with a sore throut so this morning tea and toast, not
really on my diet, but nobodies perfect.
I am down to around 93.5kg which is 10kg less than on 24 Jan so it's
going very well. Right now I am concentrating on being super fit,
right now I feel rotten.

Evening bike ride
Out on my bike to see the setting sun across the seine, very easy,

To shake out those winter cobwebs the first dip in the water. Getting
in the water was cold but after moving around a bit all was fine.

I have kept up the running, I am up to at least 50 minutes everyday, I
am noticing that my leg muscles are getting sore, so today(Sunday 11th
April) I went on a 8 km bike ride, I had to get croissant for Madame H.
This afternoon I will go waterskiing yes a bit chilly, but that does
not scare off the dietman. Hopefully my new fitness will help me, and
10kg lighter should be easier !

BLAH
Yes blah, terrible weekend, went all the way to Pembrey race track in
southern Wales, rode my TZ250 and it broke down every race, despite
two engine rebuilds on Saturday it never ran right. Sounded like a
sick four stroke, I did finish one race coughing and splutering around
the track. I even had my fan club, Jem and Anna come to see me ride!
Sorry..........
I am going to turn this all around!
My main man Vincent Cundle rode like a deamon on his TZ350, grinding
his knee sliders on all the turns, he did a great job so bravo VC of www.fondseca.com
