Champions
Breakfast of champions, I make apple juice, apples from my garden, with my crunchy muesli. Still doing my morning walk, I am keeping just under 85kg which is good.

Tuesday off
Monday had an 3/4 hour walk, weight training then badminton in the eve, I did well, won two games, lost one.
Today will have a gentle walk, otherwise a day off

Bike Show
It's the classic motorbike show today in Paris. Just getting in the spirit, will be there in an hour reveling in all those bikes!

The struggle
Yes I am keeping going and it's not easy, it's dark damp and cold, I cannot run yet, so a walk every morning.
I am not losing any weight but staying at 85.5 kg, I want to get down to 84, I have until next march, should be ok

Hard life
It's award life, every day I am doing some form of exercise, sunday swim Monday badminton Tuesday walk and weight training, working outside in the sunny Paris today, 1:30 lunch time

Sunday swim
So far I have been doing at least one form of exercise a day, this morning one hour fast swim, should be running again soon, my leg is slowly getting better
