Lazy week
Well talk about a lazy week, I am down to 85.9kg no exercise all week, should be right as rain by the weekend, tea toast and watching the sun rise, brilliant

More disasters
If it's not one thing it's another, my leg is just about better, in Saturday I fell over in a boat and twisted my pelvis, not quite sure exactly but sounds like that in French. It's not very serious but I am out if action for a few days.
