Being surrounded by wonderful food in France is not the easiest way in the world to lose weight, but with determination (and some good food recipe choices) its possible.
Work your way back into the running and use a realistic schedule!
At 48 years old I have decided to get fit, lose weight and go racing. When I was 20 years old I was 79.5KG(175lbs) and a fast motorcycle racing driver (Yamaha TZ350 and a Waddon/Rotax 250) So I am on a mission, trying to ride this machine is a real challenge, first time out I wore the leathers (Yellow and blue in the photo) I had when I was a young man. I was able to walk and even sit down, but getting on this machine with my knees in my ears was another story. I managed 10 laps of Brands Hatch before I was going to faint, the next time out I was able to borrow some in a larger size!!!!!
My mission is to lose weight before the racing season starts at the end of March, the "Steele Man" in England is my trainer, every day encouraging me forward with my mission.
I started this on the 24th January 2010, I was 93.7KG(206.5lbs) this is a 2 times a day excercise, cutting out all bread, potatoes, toast, biscuits and desserts...........
