Back to reality now, 17 days at the beach running swimming and windsurfing everyday, what a luxury, back to city running or crowded swimming pool, waterskiing is one thing to look forward to next weekend

Well the diet man has been on holiday now it's back to work, no bread cut the drinking down no desserts and running everyday, I have been windsurfing everyday here

It's hard to keep at 83, I am running 45 mins each day or more, and waterskiing sometimes 3 times a week

Well it's all going the wrong way again, so back to work, last night waterskiing, fruit for dinner, this morning 45 min run and I will do some weights as well.
