All going well back on track

Beautiful sunny morning for a 45 min run, I have not kept up with the
diet part and am going up in wieght, 84,3 now!!! So back to work, I am
gaining muscle which is heavy.

Sounds better like that, 50 min run this morning, slowly getting less
stiff, doing lots of stretching


Cherries at this season are a keen part of my diet, every day I go in
my garden to eat some cherries, very healthy

Summer is back

45 min run in the warm sun this morning, very stiff after the weekends
waterskiing, when the wind blows the wrong way the surface of the
river is very bumpy, makes skiing very hard and even dangerous.

Monday swim

Monday no running but at 11:30 one hour swim and a sauna, first things
first though, cherries fresh from my tree, very healthy.

home at 6:30, the weekend I had been waterskiing 3 times I ache all

Back to work

After being told off by the Steele man I am back to work, 45 min
evening run right now

New Advice from the Steele Man

Losing these 3 kilos is the most difficult bit of the programme, because to achieve it you have to step up your fitness training routine "work harder and faster" and doing this will increase your muscles, and muscles weigh more than fat! So see the problem? I know that you keep avoiding this advice. But take note, I warn you for the last time! Working under an enhanced more stringent programme means you really do need to organise a leg masseuse to give your legs a maintenance massage once a fortnight. If you don't your tightness will return and ultimately the legs will sieze up again. As I told you before, if you need a physiotherapist then it's too late! So contact your local gym, check your local paper to find a masseuse and get a fortnightly 30 minute massage slot organised.

Well thanks to The Steele Man I am at a steady 83kg and in a fit form
I have no excuse to not ride fast now
Tonight a 50 min run, last night 1 1/2 hours if badminton.

I have pretty much leveled out at 83kg, and I am back exercising, the
last 3 days running 45mins, tonight 2 hours badminton. The diet is not
been so strict, I am trying to make up with exercise.
At least another week before I can ski again, that's too bad,
beautiful sunny windless weekend

Back out

Back out running after what seems a long break, 45 mins in the sunny
morning. I will get on the scale in a min, probably 83.4kg
