Right now it's rest and the hot and cold treatment for the leg, I
have 2 weeks to recover
The wieght is stable, this is a good sign, 83kg

Damaged goods

So part of my daily hot cold treatment for my leg strain, NOT a
tendinitis, this is the Steele man remedy.
Just got back from the doctors visit about my waterskiing injury on
Saturday, there I have to take a 3 week break from waterskiing #%^%#%^
%. so basically I am out of action for 3 weeks.
Back to salad no dressing and apples.

Now I am religated to biking with the tendinitis, massage hot sauna
swim seem to be helping, yesterday I did the 15k bike in the morning
then a 50 min swim the evening then a sauna.
This morning another 15k bike then waterskiing later!

perfect for waterskiing, trying to wait to get my leg back in shape
before I run again

Yes I am back on track, brilliant game of badminton last night and 35
min run this morning, slight pain still on my left leg between the
calf muscle and the bone otherwise all well

No day off

No day off today, yesterday 45 min run, then waterskiing, today no run
this morning but two hours of badminton tonight.


Not back on track yet, not feeling 100%, not going down on weight,
this is a state of mind.
I have to get out
45 min run this morning black coffee two kiwis and fruit juice with
organic crunch cereal.

Bank holiday here, I went on a 1 1/2 hour walk, fast walk. Last night
up late at a party ate and dank...... Yikes
Not feeling so great, I am going to get back on track NOW!
The Steele man is off in Spain riding around some Spanish race track
and dancing the nights away.

Yikes this morning got up too late to run or even take the dog out, we
are looking after W this week.
So tonight I cannot even run as I am going to a party in gay Paris, so
today will be my day off

Sat day off

Although this is a day off I will either go waterskiing or running
The wieght is not going below 92.8kg
I have been very busy with work and that means hours of driving,
Friday I went to and from Paris twice!!
Outside taking advantage of a bit of sun right now.

I have a new cereal for my breakfast "Grillon d'Or , Krounchy Oméga"
this with my kiwi juice, two kiwis blended with a little water,
breakfast of champions.
This morning I was 81.7kg but last night after wine and cheese 82.7kg

I didn't update yesterday too busy, yesterday morning 35 min run and 2
hours of badminton in the eve, now I am running along the seine, quite
a pretty morning, probably will be 50 min run, I am sitting outside
the Vernon waterskiing club right now.
