Help

In France we have the most amazing cheese, which of course goes very well with some wine....
This blog has been written up in L'Express Style magazine earlier in December I hope you all saw that.
Anyway in spite of the cheese and wine I am at 86KG, in March the racing season starts I will get back down to 84kg

Apples

The secret is with apples
Every day I make fresh apple juice, no milk with my granola, fresh apple juice.
I am lucky enough to have a few apple trees so I have stocked my apples for the winter.

Yes up to 88 KG!! Yesterday morning I was 86.6, so I am really off track, a combination of problems. I cannot run because of the hamstring on my right leg, and a few personal problems. I am looking after a dog, his name is W, so I am out on a long walk morning and evening.
The 25th dec coming up so all that's out the window for a while.

Champions

The struggle

Yes I am keeping going and it's not easy, it's dark damp and cold, I cannot run yet, so a walk every morning.
I am not losing any weight but staying at 85.5 kg, I want to get down to 84, I have until next march, should be ok

Light as a feather

Well I have updated this for a while, as I have this hamstring problem I have not been running, I have been trying to take care if what I eat, exercising the muscles in my legs and bike riding Slovenia keeps me to about 85kg the 83 was probably too much.
Probably another month before running!!!!!!!!

Last days of summer

The last weekend of summer, for me anyway as my waterski club is closed until next year!!!
But this morning I had an amazing ski, beautiful light the leaves are changing, I am not ready for the slalom yet, by next summer I WILL
I am going to be returning to swimming and cycling until my hamstring is fixed.
I am at 84.3kg which is fine, I need to be in better shape.

84kg

After a week in Italy it was hard to keep going, the food was so good. Then on top of this I have damaged my hamstring in the right leg, due to learning how to deep water start on a mono ski, the whole body weight on one leg. So no running since sept 1st
I am swimming once a week, cycling once and waterskiing twice a week! Then last week I rode a DUCATI 996 race prepared bike for 6 sessions around brands hatch.

Pieces

Well it's all going to pieces, really sick last weekend, too much rubbish food/drink and to top it off my leg is still bad, right leg above the knee behind, it got strained while waterskiing, all those deep water mono starts. So running is out. Today 45 min swim and a walk, what a slacker. I am at 84.7kg.

The weekend

Well all the exercise is catching up on the old man, aches and pains everywhere. This morning tea under the olive tree, then cut the grass and finally waterskiing !!
The weight has gone up to 84.8kg so now is the time to be careful. I hope to have one more outing on the racing bike, a practice day at brands hatch, before the end of the season.
This year has been a disaster with the breakdowns. The winter I will make the bike a WINNER.....
