84kg

After a week in Italy it was hard to keep going, the food was so good. Then on top of this I have damaged my hamstring in the right leg, due to learning how to deep water start on a mono ski, the whole body weight on one leg. So no running since sept 1st
I am swimming once a week, cycling once and waterskiing twice a week! Then last week I rode a DUCATI 996 race prepared bike for 6 sessions around brands hatch.
