USA

Well to start with the flight went down well, no rubbish airplane food. Some smoked salmon and a nice white wine perfect for the flight. Of course 10 days in new York city I am out all the time having fun, that's good for the diet!

Running

I had the authorisation from Mr Guimard to start running today! 2Km to start with, I walked the rest, everything seems to be ok.
The I do the gym exercise stepping down with a 10kg weight and stretching. The weight is near 88kg yikes

This is the only way to go, start with a chateau Yquem Y 2000, then a cheval blanc red 2000 then a chateau Yquem 1988 for the cheese, not bad

Leg Repair

Now I have to get serious, I am back up to 86.5kg and am only walking 5 times a week and swimming 2 times a week. So my personal physiotherapist Yann Guimard is treating me 3 times a week stretching the leg muscles and I am exercising by stepping up to about chair hight with the left leg(good one) and stepping down with the right leg(the damaged one) this I am now doing holding a 10kg weight(this is everyday). Already I can tell it's getting better. I should be in perfect shape for skiing.

Sunday morning

The swimming pool is closed until the 10th Jan!!!! So I am out on my bicycle ride. I have seen my personal physiotherapist Yann Guimard who is treating me for my hamstring problem, 3-4 times a week, I also have exercise to do at home everyday and it's really getting better!
I should be back running by the end of the month.

Trouble

Well mr Steele says I have just been using lame excuses and not continuing in my quest, I need to be in much better shape and get back down to 84kg. I am 85.7kg now.
I am seeing my physiotherapist in 10 mins, hope he will sort me out

Yes already the 2nd Jan, I will have to see the doctor about my leg, I still cannot run, so it's the morning walk!!!! Swimming is closed until the 3 or 4 Jan
