Leg Repair

Now I have to get serious, I am back up to 86.5kg and am only walking 5 times a week and swimming 2 times a week. So my personal physiotherapist Yann Guimard is treating me 3 times a week stretching the leg muscles and I am exercising by stepping up to about chair hight with the left leg(good one) and stepping down with the right leg(the damaged one) this I am now doing holding a 10kg weight(this is everyday). Already I can tell it's getting better. I should be in perfect shape for skiing.
