Well I am not trying very well, I am exercising but not watching my intake of food and drink. Under a lot of stress so I am drinking every night

A good weekend, but not good progress, worked all day Saturday and waterskied at the end of the day, really nice. Sunday mountain bike riding in the woods in the morning, then rest.
Still at 87.5kg not brilliant

Keep going

I had a visit and a pep talk from the Steele man himself, he doesn't
seem to stick to the Steele rules, but who can. After a week in the UK
beer fish & chips etc, I am still at 87KG, so cannot be too bad.

How to burn

Well the trick to burning off all those grams of fat and calories is! not to fuel the fire in the first place!!! So back to one of the original Steele man rules, cut your plate in half!!!
Exercise to keep the body in good shape, eat less to keep slim.

I seem to be stuck at 87kg!!! Last week skiing every day, Sunday 2 hour bike ride, Monday 3k run in the morning then 50 min swim in eve, today an hour walk, I guess the only way is to reduce eating!!!!! Again
