I am actually going down now! It's working, slightly smaller plate size, no biscuits no drinking(a little at weekends) swimming 3 times a week. I am sure the exercise helps but it's the eating that makes the difference, drinking tends to make me eat more.
Still have problems with my right hamstring, Yann is telling me to slow down on the exercise, that's hard for me.
