83.5kg

Yesterday I got in a 45 min run as I did nothing in the morning, now
this morning I am doing a 35 min run, not much time, it's always
beautiful to run along the river, just stretching right now. I have
not been so good on the diet, have been eating a bit of bread and
cheese, surly this is ok with all the running.
