I have kept up the running, I am up to at least 50 minutes everyday, I
am noticing that my leg muscles are getting sore, so today(Sunday 11th
April) I went on a 8 km bike ride, I had to get croissant for Madame H.
This afternoon I will go waterskiing yes a bit chilly, but that does
not scare off the dietman. Hopefully my new fitness will help me, and
10kg lighter should be easier !
